New for the 2026 season! Starting from the 2026 season, the Municipal Campsite of Ribeauvillé is introducing a reservation service to make organizing your stay easier.

This new option allows you to reserve your pitch in advance and prepare your arrival with peace of mind, especially during busy tourist periods along the Alsace Wine Route.

Reservations guarantee the availability of a pitch upon your arrival and allow you to enjoy your day before settling in at the campsite.

 

Reservations can only be made via our dedicated online booking tool.

Practical information for your arrival

To prepare for your arrival, facilitate your installation, and ensure the smooth operation of the campsite, we invite you to read the practical information below.

 

Arrival times (Check-in)

Arrivals at the campsite are from 12:00 PM.

To simplify your arrival and allow you to settle in on your pitch as quickly as possible, please follow the procedure below:

1. Park your vehicle outside the campsite (Rue de Landau – dedicated campsite parking area), and enter the campsite on foot
2. Come to the reception on foot with your ID to complete your check-in
3. We will provide you with your pitch number and all the useful information for your stay
4. You can then enter the campsite with your vehicle and fully enjoy your stay at the Municipal Campsite of Ribeauvillé!

The reception staff remains at your disposal to assist you with your installation and answer your questions throughout your stay.

 

Departure times (Check-out)

Pitches must be vacated on the day of departure before 11:30 AM.

To ensure a smooth departure on the day and to help the campsite team stay organized, payment for your stay must be made the day before your departure. We thank you for leaving your pitch clean and in good condition for the next guests.

 

Late arrival

As the reception is open from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, we are unable to accept late arrivals after closing time. If you plan to arrive after 7:00 PM, please contact us—we will inform you of the available options in Ribeauvillé or nearby.
